Do you work with international clients?
Yes. We're based in Cairo and deploy worldwide. Our clients are in the US, EU, GCC, and across Africa. All pricing is in USD.
What's the payment structure?
50% deposit to book. Final 50% on delivery. No Net-30 terms. For retainers, monthly billing on the first of each month.
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy?
If we don't deliver what was scoped, you get a full refund. Period. If you change your mind after work starts, we deliver what's been completed and refund the rest.
